That’s why we need a hands-on, on-the-ground, get-things-done Events Manager to help us bring STRYKER to the people. From guerrilla campus activations to full-scale sports events and national brand tours — you’ll be the one making it all happen.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Activation Management

• Plan, organize & execute our own Stryker events, from running clubs to youth meetups.
• Travel with Steve and the crew for Bangladesh-wide filming tours — manage logistics, schedules, and local coordination.
• Build and grow the Stryker Running Club — manage weekly runs, community vibe & growth.
• Think big: come up with creative, low-budget, high-reach guerrilla marketing ideas.

University Activations & Student Ambassadors

• Design engaging and attractive Stryker booths for marathons, festivals & sports events.
• Make sure we stand out, offer value, and leave a lasting impression at every touchpoint.

Sponsorship Management

• Filter incoming event sponsorship requests — identify the valuable ones, reject the rest.
• Negotiate smart partnership deals with event organizers and promoters.
• Track all events and ROI — keep it lean and meaningful.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Ready to travel and hit the road — Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet and beyond.
• Creative mind with a get-things-done attitude.
• Prior experience in event management, brand activations, or youth marketing is a huge plus.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
