A digitally obsessed Allrounder Social Media Manager who lives online, breathes culture, and knows what’s trending before it trends. You’re not just posting memes — you’re building community, managing creators, and keeping the content train running like clockwork.
This role is part content manager, part athlete/influencer manager, and full-time brand-hype master. If you know the Bangladeshi scene, follow global creators, and want to help build one of the boldest youth-driven brands in the country, let’s talk.
For Taks that don’t require fieldwork or physical presence, home-office is totally fine — no need to battle Dhaka traffic and lose hours of life.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Calendar Management
- Own and manage the content calendar for all key channels: Stryker, Steve Long & other brand groups.
- Work with multiple content creators and editors — make sure deadlines are met and theposting schedule stays tight.
- Track content budgets and ensure all work stays within cost plans.
Fast Content & Event Capture
- Join Steve and the team at events, meet Stryker athletes, visit training sessions, brandstunts, and more.
- Capture fast content on-the-go — reels, stories, photos, short interviews.
- Post timely content that connects with our followers in real-time.
- Bonus: If you can edit or shoot content yourself, we’ll hook you up with a camera/gearto make magic.
Influencer & Athlete Management
- Build relationships with our Stryker Squad: influencers, athletes, creators.
- Identify who’s truly helping the business grow — and double down on thosepartnerships.
Community Management
- Respond to DMs and comments on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
- Identify hot conversations and jump in at the right time with the right tone.
- Spot cool UGC and repost shoutouts that boost community love.
- Be the online voice of Stryker — smart, funny, fast.
What We’re Looking For
- You live online — you’re always up-to-date on Bangladeshi + global trends.
- Experience managing multiple social channels or running pages for brands/influencers.
- Hyper-organized: you’re a master of calendars, deadlines & agency communication.
- Good eye for visuals and strong feel for what makes content perform.
- Bangla & English fluency (spoken + written — casual and clean).
- Bonus points if you’ve got content creation or editing skills.
- Even more bonus points if you love streetwear, skate, sports, or Gen Z culture.
