From product and packaging design to social media content and event branding \u2014 this role is for someone who can take our visual identity to the next level and bring fresh energy into every pixel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product &amp; Packaging Design<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design engaging product visuals and new flavor concepts <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop packaging layouts for bottles, sachets, merch etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Media Content<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create catchy Content like static posts, stories, etc. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support community and influencer campaigns with visuals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brand &amp; Event Design<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop branding materials (flyers, banners, X-stands) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create visuals for event marketing and guerrilla campaigns <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere\/After Effects a plus) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good eye for design trends and visual storytelling <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in branding and packaging <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonus if you love bold aesthetics and youth culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Offer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A fun, fast-paced work environment <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A chance to build one of the boldest drink brands in Bangladesh <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full control of your work and freedom to make a real impact <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel and mobile bill allowance (if needed) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free Stryker, exciting events, and good vibes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Starting salary will be reviewed after the testing period <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your work is purely computer-based, of course, you can work from home \u2014 no need to waste your life in Dhaka traffic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initial trial period: The first few months will be a testing phase.
